Modified Crystal Mark Air Jet Cutter
This machine is a dental drill which cuts with abrasive powder propelled by either compressed air or compressed helium. as helium is a much lighter molecule and has a much higher speed of sound when cutting helium can accelerate the abrasive powder at much higher rates. All cutting I did was with standard house air set to 80 PSI. This air jet cutter is capable of cutting anything hard including silicon, glass, metals, and many other thin brittle materials that can not be traditionally processed.
